Controller
Classification: Controller
Compensation: $160000.00 to $175000.00 yearly
An industry leading and growing company is looking to add a Controller to their growing team. As Controller, you will partner directly with executive management, and play a key role in the continued success of the company. Your responsibilities as Controller, will consist of, but will not be limited to the following:
1. Supervising accounting staff
2. Revising month-end close and financial reporting process
3. Reviewing financial statements
4. Preparing monthly financial reporting package
5. Presenting financial results to executive team
6. Reviewing business trends and making necessary recommendations to executive teams
7. Partnering with CEO on numerous projects
The ideal Controller should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior Controller experience
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Prior financial statement preparation experience
- Prior internal management reporting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience
