Our Client's Services Operations has an urgent need for a talented team player to fill the role of a Digital Product Owner in our Dallas, Texas office. In this role, the Product Owner will be responsible for driving a successful program roadmap leading to an improved user experience and overall adoption. As a key member of a cross functional team, this individual will be responsible for managing the overall program plan, communication, change management and benefits realization. Activities include analyzing and improving user adoption, leading and participating in cross functional planning/delivery sessions, managing an enhancement roadmap and working with all levels of the organization. In addition this critical role will be part of our organizational development strategy to further enhance communication, change management and project management skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Apply Project and Change Management principles, practices and techniques to lead Services Operations strategic imperatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed work breakdown structures, utilizing SMEs from functional and infrastructure teams
  • Work with Company's leaders to manage resource assignments and availability across all projects in progress
  • Create, maintain and drive detailed project plans / schedule(s) leading to successful program outcomes including time, scope and budget
  • Establish risk, issue, action item, decision log and communication plans
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify new enhancements leading to improvements in the experience and user adoption
  • Develop and deliver an overall internal and external communication and change management plan
  • Facilitate and lead process gap analysis and action planning to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Create a team of collaboration, accountability and success across a diverse cross functional team
  • Create and deliver executive level communications and presentations for project sponsor, key stakeholders, and Trinity leadership team
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and resources including appropriate meeting preparation (agenda, calendars, necessary documentation, etc.), meeting facilitation, and meeting closure (minutes with action items, owners and due dates, next steps, etc.)
  • Set up and enhance our new PPM solution including aligning project/change management templates to the platform
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management, communication and change management organizational skills

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of practicing Project Manager/Product Owner experience
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with Technology projects
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and negotiating skills
  • Business process design
  • Change Management experience or certification
  • Knowledge of the rail, technology or financial services industries
  • Salesforce and mobile development experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced skills with project management tools (SmartSheet, Microsofy Project, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
