Customer Service Representative/Estimator

D&V Auto Body is a family owned collision repair facility in Sterling, Va. We've been a leader in customer service, and quality for over 30 years.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced auto body damage estimator/customer service representative at our brand new location for high end vehicles, D&V Auto Body Masters. The qualified candidate will be dependable, possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check.

You must be able to accurately assess a wide range of body, structural and mechanical damages. Written estimates provided according to platform supported by insurer - experience with CCCONE required.

Customer service duties include, but are not limited to, educate the customer about the collision repair process; including insurance claims, processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time. Clearly and effectively communicating the repair procedure, listening and noting any customer concerns, supplements, tracking job progress to ensure timeliness and quality checks.
