Qualifications; Minimum of 2 years of accounting or payroll processing experience.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Payroll Processing Manager
- Manages a designated client base or segment; acts as the primary contact with client(s) and oversees processing schedule, workflow, and general account specifics. Data entry and data processing for more complex/technical payroll clients; reviewing payroll submission and reports, payroll wrap up and distribution. Handles sensitive, privileged, and confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Coordinates timekeeping, payroll, and related systems to ensure transfer of data.
- Aides in departmental compliance and critical verifications of sensitive data.
- Assists with daily operations and workflow. Manages critical verifications as determined by the Team Lead.
Customer Service & Support
- Build strong relationships with our customers.
- Consults with clients on a regular base to address pain points, challenges, and provide resource in the way of services, products, and or outside resources and partners to ultimately aid in clients success. Uses client feedback to improve customer experience.

- Customer Service Centric; excels in written and verbal communication and is able to translate technical information into terms understandable to client as well as fellow team members. .
- Attention to Detail; accuracy in processing. Ability to handles sensitive information with accuracy and ease and avoiding areas of conflict. Has a keen eye for detail, analytical, and organized.
- Hunger to Learn; has a basic understanding of payroll rules, laws, and regulations.
- Technical Aptitude; a good understanding of the various software ASAP employs and utilizes and assists in keeping such system up-to-date and accurate.
- Team Player & Company Culture; supportive with an attitude of assistance to help fellow team members and department/company accomplish goals. Provide input and ideas and collaborates with others to improve services and company persona.
- Strategic; shows interest in department/company goals and strategic initiatives. Shares ideas openly and may participate in sub-committees.
