Director of Sales
Job Description
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving the launch of Envision Horizon’s proprietary analytics tool, myHorizons. myHorizons is an Amazon Analytics and Diagnostic Platform that consolidates 80+ Amazon reports into a single, comprehensive analytics tool. Our platform helps Amazon business owners easily see trends, diagnose issues and identify opportunities to better manage and grow their brand.
How the Director of Sales Will Make a Difference:
The Director of Sales will be a key contributor to growing our client base and building our internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high performing team of Sales Development Representatives
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team members
- Manage the software sales life cycle from lead generation, pipeline building, forecasting and closing new business
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with leadership and Marketing to execute on go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Human Resources to meet team hiring goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years experience building and managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing analytical tools
- Track record of developing value for prospective customers through a consultative sales approach
- Energetic and inspired to coach and develop a world-class sales team
- Proven capability to improve and accelerate prospecting and qualifying activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in person and via email, video and phone
- Self-starter who takes initiative and not afraid to try new things
- BA/BS degree or experience equivalent
Expected Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
