Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a permanent/direct hire hybrid position in the greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation, management and completion of US and global oncology clinical research studies as well as related projects
• Overall coordination and management of assigned clinical trials from project approval to study closure
• Accountability for oversight of collaborators and vendors for the project
• Ensuring project plans, timelines and deliverables
• Budget management to include forecasting and change orders as required
• Coordination of the study team within the matrix organization
• The candidate will ensure assigned studies meet time, quality, and cost targets and remain in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Supervision and training of staff & subcontractors for the assigned studies
• Development and maintenance of collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry partners, contractors and with thought leaders and investigators
• Presentations at national meetings
• Training of study staff and study investigators
• Development of overall project management procedures and work practices for the organization

Qualifications & Requirements:

• RN or BS in Health Sciences field
• 2 years oncology clinical trial experience [data or clinical management]
• Clinical Research Certification (SOCRA or ACRP) is preferred

• Prior oncology study experience in Industry-sponsored and multi-site sponsored, is encouraged.
• Preference given to candidates with global study experience.
