Java Developer

Title: Sr Web Application Developer

Location: Cleveland, OH

Type: Full-Time

Note: Must be a US Citizen to be considered due ITAR/DFAR. No relocation allowance available.

• Senior Web Application Developer to help build and maintain our clients proprietary web applications and APIs. You will be responsible for helping build and test the following: functionality of web applications, scalable RESTful APIs as both microservices and lambdas, and performant SQL. Candidates will also help mentor junior developers. Candidates with strong skills in distributed tracing and debugging preferred.
  
  This position reports to our Cleveland office but does allow for a remote working option for candidates that are not local. Our employees are currently all working remote until we feel it is appropriate to open the office back up.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a development role, with 3 years of Java or another object oriented language
• Effectively scope and task work on projects
• Strong communication skills
