Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping supervisors are responsible for the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry staff at the hotel. This position will include cleaning rooms, laundry, and public area's of the hotel, HK supervisors are responsible for stock and inventory control, room inspections, staff training and review, record keeping, adherence to time and cost standards and working in coordination with all other departments of the hotel. Applicants should be able to assume and perform and of the subordinate positions within the department and lead a team focused on guest service, efficiency ad cleanliness. Other duties within the hotel may be assigned at the discretion of hotel management. You must be able to work any day of the week, remain on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced and demanding environment and constantly lift up to 45 pounds. This position involves the completion of repetitive tasks; many of them requiring the use of back and shoulder muscles. During the performance of your duties you will be required to use a wide variety of cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

  • You must be able to demonstrate experience knowledge in team-building and training, operational efficiency, adherence to standards and effective cost controls.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00/hour.
