Business Development Manager- Asset Management Sales

Our client is a Tampa based growing real estate asset management firm specializing in real estate acquisition and strategic funding opportunities. specializing in acquiring income producing properties. The firm has 3 separate business functions. 1) Private Lending 2) Fixed Income 3) Cryptocurrency.

This position is for a Sales/Business development associate for the private lending division which raises capital from private individuals and pays them a 9-12% return on their money with a stable and consistent monthly income stream. This investment vehicle works very well for retirees and investors seeking a stable fixed return.
  • Seeking experienced sales/business development professional with a high level of integrity and strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Must have an established network (domestic or international) of investors.
  • Schedule meetings via phone, zoom or in person to present the program and work in tandem with the VP or operations to onboard new investors.
  • Must generate a minimum of 2-3 new investor appointments per week.
  • The program has a proven track record of ROI, and numerous satisfied repeat investors. Additionally, you will receive on the job training. Leads and lead strategies will be provided to you for your success.
  • This position can either be based in the Tampa office or work remotely if you prefer with some meetings at the office in Tampa when needed.
  • The right candidate must have a strong background in sales with a mature clientele/network. Additionally candidates must come from one of the following industries: private equity, investments, fundraising, real estate, banking, brokerage/financial advisory, mutual funds, insurance, accounting


Salary based on experience plus performance bonus
