You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new clients and turn existing customers into repeat business. Compensation:$40,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
- Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
- Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Conduct circle prospecting around new and recently closed listings to generate new leads/schedule listing appointments
- Must possess a real estate license
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
- +1 year of experience generating real estate leads
My Real Estate journey started in 1999 when I bought my first condo in Mesa. The agent used was very unprofessional and not very organized. Not only did I not know what that was (at 19 years old), but didn’t have the money. Luckily, I was able to borrow it from a friend and close.
