Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 12+ months

Relationship & People Skills:

• Develops positive working relationships with agile team and our customers.

• Collaborates effectively with technical and non-technical teams, including sales,

commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, and finance. Works with

outside partners and other third parties.

• Partner with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current

customer experience and identify areas of opportunity.

• Create an environment and culture where the team is immersed in customer-first

mindset.

What you bring to the Role:

• Min 3+ years of relevant Product Owner, Product Management, System Analyst, or Software

• Engineer experience in an Agile software product development environment.

• Min 3+ years of experience delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies using

• commonly used Agile development and backlog tools.

• Min 2+ years experience working on the Atlassian Product Stack (Jira Software, Jira Service

• Management, Confluence, Jira Align)

• Proven product experience working on platforms and tools enabling Software

• development teams, product teams, testing teams, and dev/ops teams. .

• Strong technical story writing capabilities including the ability to write concisely and

• clearly for different audiences.

• Strong focus on delivering value to customers through innovative product platform and

• tools delivery.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical

• audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.

• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product

• use data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• BA or BS degree (preferably in computer science)

• SAFe Product Owner/Manager certification preferred

• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) preferred.
