We have an open position in Hilton Head Island for DME personnel. We are looking for an employee that can do multiple jobs with multiple roles in a very diverse and exciting environment.
This position is in a busy, retail, and is heavily customer service oriented.
Responsibilities will include patient scheduling, customer service, inventory, special projects, planning, daily deliveries, lifting, stacking, and repairs of medical equipment. Types of medical equipment techs handle on a daily basis include but are not limited to such as wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds and Lift chairs. All deliveries are done in a company vehicle in which fuel and service are supplied by the Company. (This Vehicle Stays on location, techs do not take this vehicle home in between shifts)
This DME tech position is one of the few that does NOT require ANY on call time or 24 hour service.
Preferences include knowledge of DME software and operation with special preference of QS/1 software specific to SystemOne and POS platforms. PrimeCare experience is also a plus. Also Microsoft Office is beneficial.
Requirements include:
***Ability to lift and move 100lbs-150lbs items***
Clean background check
Desire to be in the medical setting.
2 years of customer service experience.
Clean driving record.

Job Type: Part time with up to 35 hours per week. Full time opportunity with benefits after 90 day eval.
