Remote Customer Support Specialist Job in San Diego, CA

Ajilon is working with a renewable energy company that is located in Downtown San Diego, and due to growth, they are looking to expand their team! At this time, this is a fully remote position, but the long-term goal is to get back in office when the time is right. This is an awesome company to get in with as they offer an extremely supportive and team-oriented environment and highly value promoting from within. This is a temporary to direct hire opportunity, and the pay will be $21.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with other members of the customer service and billing teams to successfully support clients
- Communicating with third-party call center team to assist with escalated questions
- Conducting research into accounts to resolve escalated questions and billing related inquires
- Creating and updating customer profiles, reviewing for accuracy
- Accurately entering large amounts of data and producing a variety of reports in Excel
- Providing top-notch customer service at all times
- Assisting with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- At least three years of customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
