Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative


PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED


Pay: $15-$18 depending on experience


Incentive program based on performance $200-$300 per month


Schedule range: 8 hour shifts between 8a-8p Monday to Friday as well as rotating Saturday's 8am to 1pm. (Saturday’s are OT and rotated every other Saturday)


Training: Irving, Texas


Onsite Role with option to transition REMOTE


Job Description:


The Customer Service Representative will interact with new and existing customers with general account or payment questions, performing soft collections related calls for accounts past due less than 2 weeks, while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience from a call center environment. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is positive and enthusiastic.


Responsibilities of Role:



• Facilitate outbound, inbound calls and chat electronically with new customers performing welcome introductory calls.



• Facilitate outbound soft collection calls servicing accounts that are past due less than 2 weeks



• Manage and track all activity using core system of record.



• Motivated to meet and exceed customer service expectations.


Candidate Profile:



• 1 or more years in Sales or Customer Service desirable



• Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills



• Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable
