Oven Operator (3rd Shift) – Food Manufacturing

• Wage $18.00 + $3.00 Shift Premium + $1.00 attendance bonus ($22)

Employee is responsible for the following basic job functions:

• Hang sticks of meat as they exit ovens for chilling process.
• Record meat temperatures in accordance with CCP procedures.
• Maintain a clean and acceptable work area.
• Troubleshoot quality deviations with shift leadership.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs,and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Process a good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules
• The ability to maintain concentration for repetitive tasks
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good team working skills
