We are seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement NurseCoordinator for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patientswith high quality, efficient care. • You will provide weekend coverage tothe Trauma Service and facilitates Trauma Multidisciplinary Rounding on theMedsurg floors and TICU.
• You will be running daily casefinding logs and entering patients into the trauma registry.
• You will create the traumaMultidisciplinary Rounds list and send this to the appropriate staff inpreparation for weekend trauma rounds.
• You will attend Trauma MorningReport and Trauma Multidisciplinary rounds with the Trauma team.
• You will assist in facilitating andensuring compliance with daily rounding sheets and report.
• You will identify potential eventsor complications to be added to the trauma registry for secondary review duringrounding.

The facilityis equipped with 233 beds and offers a full array of acute care services,including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation and emergencyservices. Qualifications

• Three to Five Years’ experience in Pre-hospital, ED, Critical Care or experience in a trauma setting preferred.
• Valid TN Nursing license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• TNCC Provider required (within 6 months of hire)
• TNCC Instructor preferred
• Preferred certifications: CEN, CCRN or TCRN
