Sales Development Manager for Fast Growing National PR Firm - Remote
Extremely rapidly scaling tech powered public relations and digital public relations firm is recruiting a proven and experienced Sales Development Manager.
We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Manager to join our innovative team. We're looking for someone who has a dynamic work ethic, creative mind, data-driven decision making and a passion to deliver results that drive the growth of our company. This position will be instrumental in developing IDPR's future sales leaders, collaborating with leadership across departments, playing a critical role in the success of the company. We have a fast paced, progressive environment with a structured sales development process
Core Responsibilities:
• 2+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management, with an evident record of over achievement on quota expectations
• Prior closing-role experience in agency (preferably PR) consultative sales
• Confirmed experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals
• Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
• Exceptional communication, social and time management skills
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment
• Ability to hire, train and motivate new sales representatives
• Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle
• Experience of mature modern prospecting techniques
• Ability to provide situational coaching and advice and help guide leads to opportunities.
• Experience with CRM solutions: Salesforce.com preferred
• Related Bachelor's degree (required)

- Lead, manage and coach a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs)
- Maintain Salesforce CRM system and deliver monthly reports for deal performances and KPI, and update the CRM features as functional needs.
- Be a leader that inspires sales excellence and continual momentum
- Ensure that processes are adhered and followed
- Drive and take full ownership for performance to target while maintain quality
- Promote a culture of intensity around activity and performance
- Provide training and ongoing coaching and development to SDRs
- Hold each SDR accountable to defined performance plans
- Maintain and develop the career growth path for SDR's
- Interact with both the Sales and Marketing leadership to provide two way feedback
