Born in Madison, WI in 2001, Ian's Pizza serves pizza by-the-slice in Madison, Milwaukee, Denver, and Seattle. Unique slices, like our signature Mac n' cheese pie, and good vibes have made us a popular lunch, dinner, and late-night spot in our communities. Our communities are also very popular with us, and we are generous in sharing the pizza love with local non-profits as well as providing meaningful employment opportunities with real growth and advancement.

Pizza Cooks | Learn to make a perfect pizza pie!

• Make pizzas... a lot of pizzas.
• Hand stretch dough, work the ovens, and top and finish pizzas.
• Help in areas of prep and Front of House (FOH) work as necessary.
• Keep your area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Conduct yourself by Ian's Pizza standards and values at all times.

• Keeps busy even when the manager isn't watching.
• Treats everyone (including your coworkers) with respect and great service.
• Motivated, with a positive attitude.
• Takes feedback well and willing to help out.
• Shows solid decision making and makes good judgement calls.
• Works and communicates well in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs.
• Able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply!

Scheduling | Night owls needed! Evenings and closing shifts required!

• Some closing (7pm-4:30am) and weekend (Friday-Sunday) availability required.
• Part-time or full-time hours available.
• Be dependable! Show up to a few minutes early, ready to go when you punch in.

Wages | Rolling in the dough.

• $16.75 base wage
• $1/hour additional on Fridays and Saturdays after 10pm.
• $1/hour additional for Sunday shifts.
• MAD TIPS! Employees average about $20-$30/hour.
