Residential Contractor

We are seeking a Residential Contractor/Handyman to join our growing BlueTape team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing start up at the ground floor.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply repair recommendations from professional residential inspection reports
• Identify and pick up proper materials for assigned repairs
• Complete assigned repairs to meet residential code as cleanly as possible
• Document repair completion with photos and notes
• Maintain open communication between contractor and dispatcher

​Qualifications:

• Experience and skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, etc
• Must have own tools and transportation
• Attention to detail and timeliness are critical
• License preferred but not required
• Can adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
