PED Program Manager

Responsibilities: Provides oversight and administrative control over onsite workforce and is the senior level liaison between the contractor and Government, working directly with the KO and COR to ensure all requirements are being met within the terms of the contract. Actively participate in specified meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other functions/events as deemed appropriate by the COR. Recurring tasks include task planning, preparation, and execution (baseline and metrics); task management, scheduling coordination, and reporting. Primary liaison between corporate Program Management Office (PMO) and onsite employee workforce. Develops position descriptions and conducts technical screening interviews of candidates for PED positions. Leads/coordinates new employee integration into team functional areas. Ensures employees timely submit required corporate deliverables (weekly/monthly reports, timecards, training, etc.). Requirements: BA/BS degree and 10 years of A-ISR experience OR Associates degree ad 12 years of experience. Program Manager Professional (PMP) Certification. Demonstrated program/project management experience. Demonstrated experience with PED support of A-ISR systems. Minimum three (3) years tactical intelligence analysis experience. Familiar with the following systems/software: MAAS, DCGS-A, PIDGIN, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, GETS, AIMES, TIGR, NGDS, OMAR, TLV, UNICORN, CENTAUR, FalconView. Proficiency using MSOffice, Google Earth. Familiarity wtih US Army and US Airf Force manned/unmanned A-ISR systems/platforms. Security Clearance: TS/SCI Bonus Points: SOF/SOCOM experience desired. Prior deployment in PED management role desired.
