Transformation - Program Management Office Liaison
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
A senior level position working within our Transformation Management Office (TMO) facilitating the flow of information to stakeholders and decision makers.

This position is responsible for organizing and operationalizing the activities of the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role will work with TMO leadership to improve the collaboration and effectiveness within the TMO and across lines of business and enterprise functions. Ensure project milestones align with anticipated and desired benefits. Help to focus projects towards desired and expected outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive and possesses both a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail. Act as an ambassador for the current Technology Enabled Process Improvement (TEPI) initiative. Work ensure that all key stakeholders are provided accurate and timely information about TEPI program. This role will help to ensure that all TEPI program activities and initiatives are properly organized and documented so that data and information is being captured to support accurate and auditable reporting.
What you do
* Help drive the cadence of decision-making while ensuring that key actions are being driven by stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes
* Act as a representative of the TMO to gather information, provide input and facilitate efficient decision making
* Act as a key advisor to TMO and business leaders by helping to clarify priorities, brainstorm and identify solutions to challenges
* Utilize a strong background in complex program and project management to understand the project management life cycle and communicate accordingly
* Provide support for program/project updates and communications including executive level updates
* Conduct analysis and research independently with a demonstrated ability to package concepts and ideas into reports and presentation materials for senior executives
* Prepare and analyze data to identify risks and issues that impede progress and collaborate on solutions that improve our ability to execute
* Handle project change requests by understanding the changes being requested and validating the accuracy of information before taking requests ahead to steering committee.
What you bring
* Bachelor level degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 4+ years of relevant project management experience required.
* Experience working enterprise transformations or large highly complex projects desired.
* A demonstrated ability to work independently and interact with senior level stakeholders.
