Position Summary: Responsible, experienced, and capable of working in an incoming and outgoing shipping environment. High ability to work with carpenter power tools, nail guns, tape measures, assembly tools and fixtures. Must perform assigned warehouse duties, including making custom crates, light assembly operations, loading and unloading shipments, packaging of customer goods, shrink wrapping and palletizing loads. Additional Duties assigned by Supervisor as needed to support warehouse, shipping and incoming inspection receiving.
Essential Duties:
- Crate Building Commercial and Military
- Maintain Lumber and Supplies Levels
- Light Assembly Operations
- Loading and Unloading Shipments
- Additional Duties as Assigned by Supervisor to support Warehouse/Shipping Operations
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Basic math and reading prolificity.
- 5-8 Years Experience in the Carpentry Trades
- 5 Years Crate Building Experience
- Warehouse and Shipping Experience
- Picking, Packing and Fulfillment Experience
- Forklift Experience or Certification
- Overtime may be required along with some Weekends
- Highly Motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational, time management and teamwork skills
