Our team has decades of experience from places like Microsoft, Google, Naver, Zippy (Acquired by Cruise), DAQRI, Coupang, UPS, DHL, and CJ Logistics.

The role and responsibilities

• Clarify the client’s needs of key metrics
• Calculate the key metrics from the sensor data and clients’ data
• Design the dashboard
• Analyze the current working process and find a meaningful way to improve efficiency

Day To Day Activities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for our internal and external customers
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
• Document and complete service administration activities promptly in our CRM
• Remote quality assurance : service monitoring, log message analysis

Desired Skills

• Strong ability to think logically & analytically; problem-solving oriented
• Proficiency in statistical software package such as Python or R
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal & external business partners
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital

Travel

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
