This is a Full-Time position
Job Duties:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointing, confirming appointments, greeting patients, checking ID.
- Advise patients on the clinic check-in process and procedures.
- Retrieve and disseminate clinic stats and information and contact patients regarding any delinquencies.
- Stock and organize office supplies.
- Identify obvious discrepancies and omissions in medical data and immediately report the information to medical staff.
- Ensure call is not on hold for more that 30 seconds during entire call
- Review available appointments and schedule the appointment selected by the beneficiary and/or provider
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients
- Help to check in approximately 10,800 patients per month as part of the ASP team
- Perform end of day processing/editing report for reconciling kept vs not kept appointments
- Must have working knowledge of Genesis and DEERS
- Must complete be able to complete a physical with physician before starting
- Must be able to receive a current BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Must be able to pass a government background investigation (SF-86)
