Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead multiple project initiatives simultaneously
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives
- Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
- Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
- Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
- Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans
- Add something regarding responsible for internal and external meeting agenda, calendars, meeting minutes, meeting trackers
- Coordinating items with Subject Matter Experts and Senior Leaders
The most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on project implementations. Our teams require flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and keep on track with the project scope and timeline.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with large healthcare project management
- 2+ years of experience tracking, planning, projects, working with large data sets, and making data-driven analytical decisions/recommendations
- 2+ years of experience working in the PBM, healthcare and/or pharmacy industry
- 2+ years of experience interfacing with internal and external partners to drive initiatives
- Solid experience in influencing internally and externally with soft power, driving cross - functional collaboration, and negotiating win - win solutions
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience performing presentations to various audiences
- Experience using data and information to influence strategic directions and influence business decisions
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Independent contributor with the ability to multi-task, work with leaders and ensure client satisfaction

- Experience using dashboards for reporting use
- Experience working with HealthTrust and coalition accounts
- RxClaim experience and knowledge
- ServiceNow experience and knowledge

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
