Lee's Chicken in Jefferson City, MO is looking for one general manager to join our team. We are located on 1550 Missouri Blvd.. We offer competitive salaries, bonus potential monthly, medical paid for entirely by the company for the manager, one week of vacation after one year, tuition reimbursement and 401k. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage profit and loss figures
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
