About the Team:

The Partnership Management team is at the core of Immotion’s business. The partners are the lifeblood of the business and need to be nurtured, guided and encouraged to use all the tools at their disposal to maximize throughput and revenue.

The Position:

The Partner Performance Director works closely with each partner located in North America to maximize the performance of each site by building strong rapport and relationships with partner stakeholders. The successful candidate will utilize the resources provided by the company, but also pull from their work experience to create and implement a plan that will increase company revenue across sites. Performance will be measured by increase in revenue month-on-month and will be rewarded accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the general managers and operational teams of our partners to:

    • Fine tune the guest conversion strategy

    • Hone the marketing materials to meet the exact needs of the specific site

    • Support the partners in developing and delivering a marketing plan using a range of media to grow awareness, drive footfall and commercial revenue streams

    • Optimize the online sales strategy

    • Maintaining high quality visitor experience across our portfolio

  • Keeping up an on-going relationship with the partners across the North America region through bi-weekly video calls and quarterly in-person meetings.

  • Constant attention to each site will be necessary to keep increasing the guest conversion rates and revenue from month to month.

  • Working with our internal content team to create and fine-tune marketing materials to be used across the company.

  • Producing and interpreting weekly, monthly and annual customer, conversion and sales information for organizational reporting and strategy development purposes.

  • Proactively keep up-to-date with platform, industry, and consumer trends

Experience/Skills:

  • Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of increasing performance

  • Experience in the visitor attraction industry with strong focus on customer conversion strongly preferred

  • Must have experience taking responsibility for P&L for a division or group

  • Highly experienced in online/digital marketing channels to be able to help partners manage strategy across social media

  • Experience in producing physical marketing or promotional material

  • Experience in use of outsourced talent pools including UpWork

  • Able to design and execute A/B tests in the marketing/ conversion field and turn results into institutional knowledge.

  • Business planning, with commercial accountability for the portfolio, ensuring the achievement of conversion and financial targets

  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, and a good eye for detail

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to build strong working relationships with brand partners

  • Ability to handle potential issues as they arise with a sense of urgency

  • Must be able to work under multiple deadlines

  • Must be able to travel domestically

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in highly-analytical marketing & account management roles

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and the Google Suite tools

  • Proficiency using virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
