Looking for a well-rounded candidate with the following Trades:

Residential Maintenance Repairs, Tile, Framing, Drywall, Patching, Painting, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.

Qualifications:

o Pickup Truck, Driver License, Vehicle Insurance, and own tools required

o 2+ years experience in maintenance repairs or other related fields such as, construction (required)

o Must meet requirement of legal right to work in the U.S.A. (required)

o Must be able to pass background check, CA DMV record check, drug test (required)

o Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment (must have own tools)

o Ability to handle physical workload (required)

o Must provide 3-professional references (previous or current bosses, managers, supervisors – no friends or family!)

Responsibilities:

o Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

o Estimate time and extent ongoing repairs

o Perform routine preventative maintenance

o Maintain material and supply inventory

o Oversee work performed by outside contractors, as necessary

o Deadline and detail oriented
