Food Expo Job Description


Wage reflects an average of hourly pay plus tips earned.



  • Garnish food properly according to Silver City standards



  • Follow opening, closing, and side work lists and duties as directed.



  • Maintain health department standards.



  • Ensure all orders are accurately and efficiently expedited to the tables.



  • The Expo is organized in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient expediting.



  • Maintain deep cleaning in assigned areas of the Expo and Restaurant.



  • Report all equipment problems & maintenance issues to Managers.



  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of all garnishes and supplies.



  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the managers or immediate supervisor.





Requirements





  • Be able to communicate with and understand our your fellow crew members.



  • 1 year of High Volume experience or related restaurant work.



  • Have working knowledge of restaurant operations and how to follow instructions.



  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).



  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
