The Construction ManagementDivision is staffed by professionals who provide construction management (as Owners representative or agent), program/project management, design-build, construction supervision and inspection services.Our construction management specialists oversee projects both large and small, ranging from $100,000 to hundreds of millions of dollars nationwide.We take on a diverse range of assignments that include vertical and infrastructure construction projects with educational (K-12 and Higher Education), aviation, Municipal/State, healthcare, manufacturing, and private sector clients.
STV is currently looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, driven leader to manage and grow STVs Construction Management Division in the Central Region (20 States). The right candidate will bring strong leadership experience at all levels of the organization, understanding on how to deliver projects and programs, ways of optimizing the project delivery process, building strong value propositions for clients, ability to manage profit and loss metrics for the business, and a strong capacity to lead the growth of the business across the region. Regional Manager - Duties
Responsible for all aspects of STVs CM Division within the Central Region of the United States including business development, profit/loss, client management, staffing and resources, and all construction management, program management, construction supervision and inspection services teams. Specific responsibilities include:
- In collaboration with the CM Division EVP and the leadership team develop, implement and oversee the strategic and annual business plan for the Central Region
- Oversee growth of the business and key leadership
- Provide leadership for all staff within the Region
- Formulate and manage annual budget and resource planning
- Prepare and manage quarterly workload projections, monthly Revenue Recognition Report, monthly Exceptions Report and assist with collections as necessary.
- Actively participate in all business development and client management activities in close collaboration with the Business Development leads and the Division EVP
- Coordinate teaming arrangements for project proposals as necessary and assist with proposal preparation and/or review.
- Provides recommendations with respect to hiring, firing, advancement, promotion and other changes in employee status within the Region
- Sit on the Division Leadership Committee
- Actively participate in Industry events, associations and/or business chambers

Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following requirements:
- 20 or more years of experience that includes working at Senior Leadership levels for a Program/Project/Construction Management firm or Owners Agency
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Experience managing teams in multiple geographical locations
- Operations and finance management experience
- Business development, proposals and presentation experience required
- High level understanding of the major construction and project delivery methods (Design-build, CMAR, etc)
- Multiple markets experience a plus (aviation, healthcare, education, etc)
- Ability to travel within the Central Region of the country to oversee project teams, offices, clients and pursue business opportunities.
