This is a Customer Service position, no sales or cold calling.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing information and assistance to new and established clients
  • Communicating clients concerns and information to the Sales and Adjusting workforce
  • Following up with clients for information regarding their claim
  • Escalating queries and concerns as needed
  • Respond to clients and sales force through a variety of channels including telephone (inbound and outbound calls), internet and written correspondence as appropriate
  • Working within a team environment to determine appropriate solutions

Upon hire receive 40 hours of Paid Time Off with additional hours earned throughout the first year. You will also have the opportunity to add Group Health, Dental, Vision, and prescription coverage at a very competitive rate after just 90 days of employment

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST



Company Description

Our company provides operational support including Administrative Support. Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Managerial staff of our parent company of Public Adjusters.
