PROCUREMENT MANAGER

The Corporate Parts and Procurement Manager will have primary responsibility of overseeing the parts purchasing of over 50 locations, ensuring maximum profitability and zero losses. Will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and distributors.

Responsibilities:
Understand inventory processes
Train and evaluate each location on the process and systems.
Plan and implement the overall procurement strategies
Collaborate with each locations' managers and directors
Ensure locations are purchasing the specified parts under set price
Determine supply chain KPI's
Suggest and implement process improvements
Organize monthly reports on each locations purchases vs. sales
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in timely manner
Work with finance, sales and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
Negotiate prices in accordance to set tariffs from customers
Manage the full MRP and ERP processes for optimizing the repair schedule in alignment with equipment availability forecasts
Handle part shortages by finding alternate suppliers and parts
Be the direct contact for customer relations in regards to parts
Travel 75% for the first year

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
