Remote Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent Trainee

Vaco is hiring a Remote Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent Trainee for a fully remote opportunity.
Must speak and write proficiently in Spanish

The Sales Agent Trainee will be responsible for obtaining a state Health Insurance license prior to the start of product training. The trainee must attend a mandated State training curriculum and pass all the requirements to become licensed (State Exam and legal checks from the state) agent within the first three weeks of their assignment. Once licensed you will attend several weeks of product training before going live on the phones. Once in production you will be responsible for assisting individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs. We will provide you with the training and guidance to achieve your state Health Insurance license in the first 3 weeks of your assignment.

During product training your schedule will be Monday through Friday typically 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. Near the end of the product training period, you will be assigned a new schedule which will include evenings, night, weekends and/ or company holidays. NOTE: You will not be able to pick a shift. Your shift may require that you work before 8:00am EST and most likely will included hours after 6:00pm EST as well as a weekend shift.

This is a contrat position lasting 4-5 months starting on 9/6/22.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, and eager to make a positive impact with someone's health journey. In this temporary role you will enjoy challenging yourself to assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs in a call center environment. You will provide a consultative sales experience that will focus on improving the health care of our current and future members. You will work with the customer to create solutions and ensures a smooth sales process while achieving sales goals. Calls will be primarily in-bound with the goal of enrolling the customer into a health plan. Outbound calls will also be required to follow up and close the sale or support marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Sales (80%)
* Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes; present alternatives as appropriate
* Generate customer sales via qualified inbound calls/outbound opportunities based off client expectations
* Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding product offerings
* Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction
* Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles
* Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives
* Exceed all company and client driven metrics for sales revenue, retention rates and service level expectations

Compliance (20%)
* Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call and log all information
* Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures
* Researches and resolves disputes and problems within established guidelines
* Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records
* Facilitates correct application process

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Licenses and Certifications:
* Ability to achieve 2-40 or 2-15 License (Florida) or state equivalent health insurance license in the allotted
time frame
* Successfully complete assigned product training

Work Experience Prefferred
* 1 Year Commissioned & Bonused Sales Experience
* 1 Year Call Center Experience
* 1 Year Health Insurance Experience
