Senior Payroll Specialist

Our client, a large and established organization in Downtown Los Angeles, is in need of a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team. Pay up to $36/hour.

Responsibilities:

• 2+ years processing full cycle payroll for 500+ employees
• Data input of payroll data for direct deposits garnishments, employee status changes, etc.
• Run payroll report and review discrepancies for accurate completion of payroll
• Process manual checks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years full cycle payroll processing in high volume department
• Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll processing, wage and hour laws
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Strong written verbal and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel
