LOCATION: Colmar Parts Warehouse, Colmar PA

SHIFT: Fulltime

SUMMARY: The Parts Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the customers experience entering the warehouse. This role will include phone reception, cashiering for sales, and picking of parts. As well as providing administrative support to the warehouse staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Greets customers as they arrive in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Pulls parts from the warehouse for walk in customers.
• Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
• Screens calls, directs them to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer.
• Prepares and closes invoices on the computer system in a timely manner.
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amounts received.
• Reconciles cash drawer daily, as directed by the accounting office.
• Follows up on accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment.
• Assists manager as necessary.
• Prepares purchase orders.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
