Auntie Anne's is looking for team players who can multi-task, handle busy time periods, and provide great customer service to help us serve the best pretzels in San Antonio! Crew members have the following qualities:

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
• On time and dependable with great work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage
• Must be able to multi-task

REQUIREMENTS:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest service
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests.
• Promptly address issues and refer guests to management when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and have ability to stand during entire shift.
• Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation; frequent washing of hands
• Properly stock inventory using First-In/First-Out Clean the guest service areas, dining room tables and condiment stations, and food production and storage units

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal English communication skill
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
