About This Role
As the Lumio Program Manager for our Homebuilder channel, you will be responsible for creating the operational success of the Homebuilder channel. You will partner with Sales to set up internal processes that support our builder partners and ensure an excellent customer experience for our customers for his unique and complex channel. You will split your time between Strategic planning and tactical execution. In the beginning you will be doing discovery, documentation and planning as well as individual account management. As the program grows and infrastructure is created, the role will shift to more time spent on high level planning, reporting and automation.

About This Role
As the Lumio Program Manager for our Homebuilder channel, you will be responsible for creating the operational success of the Homebuilder channel. Overall Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with team members that work with Homebuilder projects
- Create documentation of the various complex versions of the Sale to PTO processes
- Work with our Salesforce and Operations team to create appropriate work streams for Homebuilder jobs within our CRM
- Partner with team members to ensure we have sustainable, repeatable processes
- Manage a pipeline of jobs, removing roadblocks and keeping customers updated
- Be the face of the Homebuilder program for internal teams
- Develop relationships with current Builder partners and participate in meeting as needed
- Work with Business Intelligence team to develop reporting that provides useful information to Builder partners and Operations as well as ensuring jobs are meeting expectations
- Prepare and share reporting and updates on a regular basis to a variety of stakeholders
- Monitor the overall program do ensure goals are met
- Partner with Sales, Builders and internal teams to continually improve the program
Qualifications
- 1 year of solar experience
- 1 year of construction experience
- 1 year experience with Homebuilder industry/sales
- Strong listening and documentation skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Prior role in operations account management
- Understanding of project management
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Procient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira are preferred but not required
