Hybrid Data Science Associate, Culver City, CA 3x a Week

Job Description

We have a job opportunity as a Data Scientist Associate that is hybrid and based out of Culver City, CA. It is with a company who works to empower creators by helping them receive funding while they are able to remain independent. Further, they help educate the creator on the value of their current and future uploads.

This company is at 200 employees and looking to double by the end of 2022. Additionally, they have recently closed Series D at 1.75 billion.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years experience

• 100% Data Science

• Build model, forecast the future (day-to-day)

• Experience with Modeling - can build predictive models (all the time) and understand the concept & what it does behind

• Python (NumPy, Pandas, GBM or XGBoost)

• Logistic or Linear Regression Experience

• Deep Learning? (CNN, RNN, LTM) +

• Text Mining (NLP)

• Masters or PhD preferred (Physics, Math, Eng, CS)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong deep learning experience
