VP Organizational Effectiveness - Revo Health
Reporting to the CHRO, the Organizational Effectiveness Leader is responsible for developing programs and offerings related to the employee experience from sourcing through succession planning. Areas of focus include talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, talent review, performance management, engagement, professional skills training, change agility and talent analytics in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. In addition, this role will manage the Talent Acquisition team.

Essential Functions:
- Create organizational strategies to drive the desired employee experience that attracts and retains top talent to achieve company goals
- Execute workforce planning to ensure the organization has the needed talent to deliver on strategic goals and objectives. Lead talent practices to enable strategic workforce planning with a focus on talent analytics based on future state needs.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with external clients and MSO leaders.
- Provide thought leadership, change coaching, and influence on issues related to org/function/team culture and values to attract, retain, and motivate a dynamic and healthy leadership team (e.g. diversity, leading change, promoting development, and work life balance).
- Design and develop talent assessment and performance management programs that drive the people strategy to enhance our overall employee value proposition for both our clients and MSO leaders.
- Facilitate organizational design, talent planning, and process of change and transformation that will build stronger organizational capability for our clients and MSO leaders.
- Oversees the Employee Engagement survey process and consults HRBPs in the design and delivery of data including action planning.
- Leverage analysis and trending of employee data (turnover, employee satisfaction, exit interviews) to enhance and improve HR programs and initiatives.
- Build and deliver compelling presentations leveraging workforce analytics to focus leaders on relevant business issues and recommend potential solutions impacting the employee experience.
- Partner closely with the communication department to ensure transparency and proactive communications are sent to clients, MSO leaders and employees about programs, process cycles and offerings.
- Understand the need for company-wide best practices, tools, and resources for Organizational Effectiveness (including Organizational Design resources for HRBPs and MSO Leaders)
- Communicate company vision/mission at every level of the company so that each individual understands the value they have and will work in unison towards business growth.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Masters degree in related field preferred
- 10+ years successful leadership experience preferably in health care industry
- 5+ years developing organizational strategy focused on the employee experience
- Ability to develop and execute against strategy to achieve desired results
- Data driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to mobilize resources to translate ideas into action.
- Ability to effectively lead a team in a dynamic growing environment supporting organizational values
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills including presentations
- Ability to build trust and credibility with physicians and key stakeholders
