Director Business Development - CDMO - HYBRID

* To find and qualify consumers in the designated territory, develop connections with top management and other influential decision-makers.
* Retain a thorough awareness of the Company's offerings, including its capabilities and services, as well as its potential clients.
* To promote business growth, keep constant touch with both existing and potential clients. Provide accurate and thorough activity, sales, and account plans that may be regularly reported to management.
* Assist in developing a winning strategy by leading and facilitating clinical operations' participation in responding to new business opportunities and clearly communicating the customer's needs, including but not limited to project plans, customer communications, presentations, budgets, and contracts.
* Plan and coordinate client visits to our facility.

* A master's degree plus at least 8 years of sales or business development experience and at least 5 years of experience working for a pharmaceutical or contract research organization (CRO).

* Strong life science background and prior experience working in the pharmaceutical/biotech or (CRO) setting

* Experience in project management is preferred

* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, multifaceted atmosphere and is willing to travel periodically.
