Currently we have an opening for a Production Team Leader/Machine Operator on 2nd and 3rd shift. We want someone who enjoys working as part of a successful team and have the mechanical aptitude and team skills to lead a production line.

This position provides team leadership in the safe and efficient running of our production lines. Our filling equipment packages bags and bottles of liquid product that we produce on site in our mix room. The Production Team Leader is responsible for the set up, operation, clean out, and changeover of their assigned filling line. They direct other assigned teammates to meet production goals and produce quality product. They are also responsible for the accurate completion of required paperwork.

Requirements

This position requires:

• Mechanical aptitude to perform sets ups and changeovers using hand tools;
• Ability to direct and lead a team;
• Reading skills to follow fill line work orders and customer specifications;
• Writing skills to complete required paperwork;
• Basic math skills.

If you have prior experience in an FDA or cGMP environment that is a BIG plus!!!!!

Starting pay is $20.50/hour + shift differential. Our 2nd Shift hours are 2:50pm - 11pm Monday through Friday; 3rd shift hours are Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:50pm - 7am. New hires have the potential for a raise at 3 months and again on their one year anniversary.
