The Fragrance Outlet is currently seeking a Key Holder with a sales-driven spirit for our location at the Tanger Outlets Candidate should be able to lead a high performing team. Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team Must be a balanced leader that drives results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience Ability to motivate your talent to exceed expectations Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to; opening, closing, freight processing, procedures and all day to day store activities. Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals. Energizes team to achieve sales results. Qualifications: Must possess prior retail and/or management experience Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, and Holidays Primarily works on the sales floor in a retail environment. Requires, standing throughout working shifts and proactive interaction with customers and staff • Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner.
