RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services

This 253-bed healthcare organization offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has received several awards for its patient safety excellence

Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, the RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services will provide direct oversight of all operations for the emergency department. The RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services will provide progressive leadership and act as a mentor for all staff. The RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services will work collaboratively with leadership to ensure all patient care needs are met. The RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff

Requirements include:

• Experience working in healthcare management
• Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
