- Provide insights in building blueprints and roadmaps for platform that simplify and standardize core systems
- Analyze business and technical requirements of products, systems, and services to set strategic technical direction, within platform, and solve complex and mission critical problems
- Research, analyze, design, propose and deliver solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
- Build messaging, event-driven, data pipelines, and cloud-native systems and data architectures
- Approves and modifies designs and architectures to ensure compliance
- Holistically integrate new and existing components and capabilities
- Assist with the simplification and rationalization of core systems
- Handle application modernization and rationalization
- Drive cohesion in business and technology decisions on a day-to-day basis
- Manage stakeholder relationships within Leadership, Agile Release Trains and Scrum teams
- Provide technical guidance and direction to teams across the technical organization
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Data Architecture experience, including Master Data Management, data processing and transformations, OLAP Architecture, Data Management and Governance
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Sound understanding of various Technology domains, such as application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of Software Architecture, contemporary design practices, and modern development principles and practices
- Strong understanding of domain driven design, Event-Driven and micro services architecture
- Knowledge of Integration Architecture, patterns and practices and integration tools
- Prior experience building internet-scale web services and industrial-grade APIs
- Solid understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, multiple data formats, unstructured/semi-structured data
- Significant experience working in Agile/SAFe environment
- Hands-on with Agile tools, such as Rally, RTC, JIRA, Miro etc
- Hands-on experience with Architecture Modeling and Diagraming tools (Lucid, MEGA,Visio etc)
- Solid understanding of Mobile app development, Cloud (AWS/Azure etc), DevOps, RPA, Machine learning and AI tools and services
- Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation and story-telling skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Prior experience in Healthcare and/or Hospital setting
- Experience with building patient engagement and clinical platforms/products
