Server/Waitstaff at MCHUGH TEA

Upscale Tea Room/Restaurant in Bellaire, TX looking for part-time, experienced servers with great people skills. IF you have excellent serving skills you can expect to earn “dinner hours service tips” but with the excellent hours of daytime shifts only here at McHugh Tea Room. We have a loyal customer base with high volume lunch service and Afternoon Tea service. Employees may have a night position at another establishment or be home with their families since we are only open from 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Applicants must be available to close 2 shifts a week minimum (which means you’re out by 5:30pm). We serve lunch all day as well as host private, large and small scale custom parties with beautiful foods and delicate service for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, etc...

Fun and fast paced, flexible shifts, bonuses, weekends off from time to time and we do not work on major holidays such as Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc…

Offsite catering opportunities available and if you have leadership skills, the Lead Server position is currently open. If you have Lead Server skills, you have the opportunity to be promoted to the best shifts and more pay fairly quickly after training is complete.

Once training is complete and you have successfully accomplished two weeks of shifts, not late to any shifts, passed the written and POS server tests, you will receive a $50 cash bonus.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• 3 years experience minimum as a table side Server
• Excellent work ethic and attitude
