Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology and business entities to define, develop, and deliver solutions that are reusable across the organization
• Be a leader in the overall delivery of projects including management of project team members
• Experienced in project management duties including creation of client facing status reports, work plans and presentations to clients and or leadership
• Develop and establish reusable software testing lifecycle documentation, to include design, execution and reporting artifacts
• Foster and promote the use of automation using ATDD in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance including Manual, Automation, Integration, End to End and User Acceptance Testing
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with a preference for payer claims operations
• 3+ years of DevOps/CICD with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience in leading teams & projects
• Expert in automation using ATDD in an Agile Environment
• Expert in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifcations:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cucumber or Selenium/Protractor
• 3+ years of writing and maintaining scripts in Selenium or Gherkin or Python
• 3+ years of experience with automated testing of APIs and UI
• 3+ years of experience with GitHub
• 2+ years of experience in Cross-browser and cross-platform including mobile testing

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
