Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technology and business entities to define, develop, and deliver solutions that are reusable across the organization
- Be a leader in the overall delivery of projects including management of project team members
- Experienced in project management duties including creation of client facing status reports, work plans and presentations to clients and or leadership
- Develop and establish reusable software testing lifecycle documentation, to include design, execution and reporting artifacts
- Foster and promote the use of automation using ATDD in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance including Manual, Automation, Integration, End to End and User Acceptance Testing
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with a preference for payer claims operations
- 3+ years of DevOps/CICD with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Experience in leading teams & projects
- Expert in automation using ATDD in an Agile Environment
- Expert in Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools
- Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifcations:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cucumber or Selenium/Protractor
- 3+ years of writing and maintaining scripts in Selenium or Gherkin or Python
- 3+ years of experience with automated testing of APIs and UI
- 3+ years of experience with GitHub
- 2+ years of experience in Cross-browser and cross-platform including mobile testing

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
