Duties of the Mechanical Design Engineer:

Work with the engineering team to design automated manufacturing systems

Utilize 3D and 2D software tools for equipment, machine, and tooling designs

Ensure customer specifications are met by review and testing

Attend training and professional development events

Qualifications of the Machine Design Engineer include:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Mechanical design experience

Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software

Strong communication skills
