Cashier

As our “first and last impression,” the cashier sets the stage for a Genuine BBQ experience, greeting Guests with a vibrant smile, accurately taking customer orders, and answering questions. Cashiers also ensure Guest touch points are clean and sanitized and when the guest is done with their meal, deliver a genuine thank you as they leave the restaurant. $10 - $20 hourly

• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Take food orders using a point-of-sale system
• Make drinks for guest

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• Professional attitude
