Overall Summary
As the Program Manager, Digital and Enabling Technologies, you will lead the execution of cutting-edge digital technologies for MPO. This position will be in the program management discipline focused on and responsible for leading the R&D software development teams and influence the cross functional teams to flawlessly execute digital projects on time and on scope. You will oversee the software development, release process, and integration oversite by collaborating with project stakeholders to orchestrate the success of the digital portfolio.

Technical Responsibilities
Oversee new development and sustainment projects for digital products - Manages the software development and development process, release process, and integration oversite to support MPO
Provide leadership and guidance to team members on best practices in software project management, including clearly communicating roles, expectations, and accountabilities to the project team on a regular basis.
Influence project teams to ensure project execution is on time and of high quality.
Develop and own the project scope and timeline with IT, Software R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and external partners to develop fully integrated timelines for software development and release process, including: Requirements Development, Coding, Verification, Validation, Quality
Responsible for effective meeting management and group facilitation activities for programs/projects in scope.
Identify assumptions, risks, critical paths and roadblocks within the project. Offer solutions to roadblocks.
Develop and implement stakeholder strategies for the effective management across broad range of expectations and requirements.
Implement effective communications management strategies to senior management with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management.
Communicate project status to all project stakeholders. Communication includes project meeting minutes, weekly or monthly dashboards and portfolio reviews, post-market introduction reports, status reports and project deep dives as required.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: What you will need (must have):
Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
Problem-solving ability with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in working independently, providing multiple solutions to problems and effectively integrating systems
Well organized, self-motivated, upbeat, creative, and resourceful
Demonstrate strong leadership, management, and collaboration qualities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: What you will need (strongly desired):
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent (Agile Development process)
Demonstrated success in leading a project from concept through market introduction
Experience with 510K and/or CE marking standards for SaMD: ISO 62304, 14971, 60601, 13485
Experience working with C++ and/or GUI development teams
Experience working with vendors preferred
Experience managing projects with ability to showcase understanding of technical requirements/scope with APIs, and Machine Learning
Possesses excellent leadership and influencing skills
Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills
Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Accountability
In this position, you will be accountable for current and existing software development, the release process and integration of software to support the global business goals. Limited supervision is required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Required: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Preferred: MBA and/or MS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of related work experience / minimum 4 years in software project management
