RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a hypergrowth SaaS company located in Burlington MA, is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy. • SEC Reporting including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
• Disclosures and footnotes
• The Director of SEC Reporting will prepare and review financial statements
• MD&A
• Technical accounting and US GAAP
• Controls including SOX
• Month end close and general ledger
